Tiara
The core of this piece is a genuine reclaimed valve and coupling assembly, its cast surfaces carrying a deep, worn black-bronze patina earned through years of mechanical use. A weathered wheel-handle sits fixed to its side, retained exactly as found, while the base spreads into a wide four-point pipe frame — giving the piece a grounded, almost architectural stance rather than the vertical lift of a typical lamp.
From the valve body, brass and blackened pipe rises through a single confident bend, passing a salvaged red-handled shutoff valve before turning upward into a cage-guarded pendant bulb, its exposed filament glowing steadily behind blackened steel bars. To the side, an original pressure gauge remains fitted low on the frame, dial and needle untouched — a quiet functional detail rather than a decorative one. The full base rests on a reclaimed timber plinth, anchoring the piece with the same weight and presence as the machinery it was drawn from.
This configuration exists once. The valve assembly, the gauge, and the pipe run were shaped entirely around what survived — nothing recreated, nothing reproduced.
